Meet Brian Riordan
A 19 year veteran of the music, sound design and post production industry, Brian has spent over a decade building Levels into what it is today - the absolute finest audio post production and sound design studio in the industry.

Erica PotterVice President of Operations
Erica ('the Colonel') has an eye for making order from chaos. She captains the daily activity at Levels as well as client relations and operations. Prior to Levels, Erica worked in the Independent Film world in marketing, advertising and publicity. Out of the studio, you can find her out with her horse or training/competing with her agility dogs.
Adrian OrdonezRe-Recording Mixer
A man with two jobs, one as a mixer and one as an exotic dancer, on a quest to get into ballet school.
Dorothy WoodsDirector of Sales/Business Development
Raised on a remote island in the Caribbean, Dorothy spent most of her free time as a child listening to conch shells, collecting hermit crabs and making sand angels. Aside from networking and bringing new projects into Levels, her hobbies remain the same today.

Fixing frankenbytes since 2005. Likes guitar solos. Loves pizza.
Troy SmithRe-Recording Mixer
After 23 years at The Post Group, Troy joined Team Levels and has never looked back. He is a perfect addition to our best of the best talent pool.
Brandi ChangManager of Client Services
Midwest-bred, Brandi likes good pizza and good people (in no particular order.) When she’s not taking care of clients at Levels, she works as a TV Host for the Young Hollywood Network and Awesomeness TV. In her free time, Brandi enjoys pigging out on health food (yes, it’s possible) and playing with her cat-niece, Levi.
Phil DeTolveRe-Recording Mixer
Phil trekked from Michigan to LA in 2009 to pursue a career in audio mixing. At Levels, he won his first Emmy award in 2013, and has expanded his skill set into scripted and reality post audio mixing. When not at the console, Phil can be heard rocking out on the guitar or going to concerts around town with friends.

After nearly 35 years of mixing, Jamie must still be enjoying it. Otherwise, why would he still be making that long drive in from Malibu.

Originally from Southern California, Matt began his sound career in Chicago IL and studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Emmy award winning, he also plays drums, guitar and keyboards. He also likes photography and is a technophile.
Ryan AdamsRe-Recording Mixer
Hailing from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and educated at the Berklee College of Music, Ryan has been plying his trade in Los Angeles since 2006. When not in the studio he can be found playing hockey, golf and making his own records.

When she's not keeping track of the comings and goings at Levels, Ninelia's favorite things are sushi, her two crazy dogs and Law & Order:SVU.
Pete NicholsADR Recordist/Sound Editor
Pete hails from Philadelphia, PA and employs a versatile range of skills. Strengths include ADR and Foley recording, sound editing and engineering.
Ryan GerleMachine Room Operator
An Arizona transplant since 2008. Ryan spends his days as a CMR operator and his nights digging for rare vinyl and sequencing drums.
Ashley SchwartzOffice Manager
Ashley recently escaped the beaches of Hollywood, Florida to start fresh in Hollywood, California and assists the Studio Manager at Levels with day-to-day operations. She spends her free time hiking the West Coast mountains and hunting for antiques to restore!
Derrek JonesAssistant Engineer/Machine Room Operator
Blown in from tornado swept Moore, Oklahoma, Derrek moonlights as a professional bedroom guitarist while spending his days as a Machine Room Op with a background in Voice-Over Recording and Sound Editing.

'Crunching numbers one episode at a time' - A Los Angeles native, Danielle is a fan of loud music, books and bourbon.

When he is not meditating to sound waves flowing through his full-range monitors, he will be found surfing the waves in his hometown, Redondo Beach.

Jason ColemanMachine Room Operator / Assistant Engineer
After years of working in major Chicago music studios, Jason packed up and headed west to pursue a passion for post production. After a few years in the post trenches of LA, he's happy to finally call Levels home.
Brian OrtizMachine Room Operator / Assistant Engineer
Hailing from Orange County, Brian has a love for all things audio (and food). After teaching high school percussion for five years, he made the jump into audio post, finally landing at Levels in 2015.
After several years of hopping trains and dodging cops, Sophie Snowflake left the hobo life for the west coast. Her acting career stalled before it started, but she found refuge at Levels Audio, as well as plenty of wires to chew on.
