Erica PotterVice President of Operations
Erica ('the Colonel') has an eye for making order from chaos. She captains the daily activity at Levels as well as client relations and operations. Prior to Levels, Erica worked in the Independent Film world in marketing, advertising and publicity. Out of the studio, you can find her out with her horse or training/competing with her agility dogs.

Parker focuses on creating the right sounds to help clients tell great stories, and enjoys solving audio problems along the way.
Adrian OrdonezRe-Recording Mixer
A man with two jobs, one as a mixer and one as an exotic dancer, on a quest to get into ballet school.
Dorothy WoodsDirector of Sales/Business Development
Raised on a remote island in the Caribbean, Dorothy spent most of her free time as a child listening to conch shells, collecting hermit crabs and making sand angels. Aside from networking and bringing new projects into Levels, her hobbies remain the same today.

After 23 years at The Post Group, Troy joined Team Levels and has never looked back. He is a perfect addition to our best of the best talent pool.
Jennifer TranDirector of Client Services/Studio Coordinator
Jennifer makes things happen, and by 'things' we mean 'everything'. She also never met a coupon or bargain she didn’t like.
Phil DeTolveRe-Recording Mixer
Phil trekked from Michigan to LA in 2009 to pursue a career in audio mixing. At Levels, he won his first Emmy award in 2013, and has expanded his skill set into scripted and reality post audio mixing. When not at the console, Phil can be heard rocking out on the guitar or going to concerts around town with friends.

After nearly 35 years of mixing, Jamie must still be enjoying it. Otherwise, why would he still be making that long drive in from Malibu.

Originally from Southern California, Matt began his sound career in Chicago IL and studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Emmy award winning, he also plays drums, guitar and keyboards. He also likes photography and is a technophile.
Melissa FriedmanOperations Coordinator
As Operations Coordinator, Melissa assists the Studio Manager with day-to-day operations. She enjoys spending her down time with her boyfriend, her two dogs, and pizza. Her goal for 2014 is to eat more waffles.
Pete NicholsADR Recordist/Sound Editor
Pete hails from Philadelphia, PA and employs a versatile range of skills. Strengths include ADR and Foley recording, sound editing and engineering.
Mark RodriguezMachine Room Operator/ Assistant Engineer
Native to Austin Texas, Mark is a graduate of the Recording Institute of Technology program at Musicians Institute. After completing his studies in Audio Engineering, Mark worked in post-production for television and film at a variety of post production houses and now calls Levels Audio home.
From a farming community in Illinois, Samantha dreamed of sunshine, palm trees, and not having to listen to arguments about tractors. Living in LA is that dream come true, but it hasn't been at the expense of her small town kindness and hospitality.
Kyle O’NealMachine Room Operator/Assistant Engineer
Kyle is the in-house foley artist at Levels Audio. Yes, he owns heels. He is also a machine room operator and assistant engineer that does music and background editorial.
Steve ZaslavskyAssistant Engineer/Machine Room Operator
A Southern California native, Steve has been working in the professional audio; television production industry for over 12 years. On his off time, Steve enjoys producing, recording and mixing personal music projects.

'Crunching numbers one episode at a time' - A Los Angeles native, Danielle is a fan of loud music, books and bourbon.

Graham's the dialogue problem solver, and he has two Emmy nominations to show for it.
Anthony MartinezMachine Room Operator/Assistant Engineer
Born and raised in California, Anthony has been in the audio industry for over 10 years. With a passion for music his strengths include music editing and sound design. He spends his free time recording, mixing and producing various music projects.
After several years of hopping trains and dodging cops, Sophie Snowflake left the hobo life for the west coast. Her acting career stalled before it started, but she found refuge at Levels Audio, as well as plenty of wires to chew on.
